With over a decade of experience in software development, Vivian has built tools for customer engagement, internal productivity, VR/AR immersive experiences, education, HIPAA-compliant medical systems, and autonomous software development. His background combines hospitality operations, organizational development, employee engagement, coaching, and immersive technology production, giving him a people-first lens on automation. Drew focuses on understanding the human side of every workflow: where teams get stuck, where customers need support, and where AI can reduce friction without losing warmth, context, or care.
